A quick video from our paddleboard adventure on Moose Pond, Maine! 🏄‍♂️🌲💦 This was our first attempt at capturing video while out on the boards, and it turns out paddling and filming at the same time is a skill in itself! 😂 The conditions on the pond were absolutely incredible. Our friends Alise and Dick Burbridge welcomed us to their house to enjoy Moose Pond's crystal-clear water and glass-smooth surface, which made for an amazing paddle. The water temperatures hovered around 82-84 degrees; it felt more like floating through a giant swimming pool than a lake in Maine. Our plan was to film with the X360 camera, but we quickly discovered the paddleboard mounts aren't compatible with our camera gear. Looks like we'll be hunting down the right adapter before the next adventure. We're loving the paddleboards so far, and every trip helps us refine the setup. Next on the upgrade list: backrests for longer paddles, kayak-style paddles, better water storage bags, and a floating X360 setup so we can capture even more of the action without worrying about sending a camera to the bottom of the lake! Explored the Acadia carriage roads on our electric bikes with an amazing ride around Jordan Pond and Eagle Lake. The views of both lakes were spectacular and made for a perfect day on the trails. One of the more memorable moments came when we both caught the scent of what we thought must be a large animal nearby. The half-mile natural gravel and sand bar connects downtown Bar Harbor to Bar Island in Acadia National Park, but only for a short window twice each day during low tide. Timing is everything, as visitors have only a limited opportunity to cross the exposed ocean floor before the water returns. Mammoth Cave is an enormous underground cave system and unlike anything we had experienced before. We began exploring it with the Domes and Dripstones Tour, which starts dramatically in a sinkhole before leading deep into sections of the cave where water is still actively shaping the rock formations today. As we moved through the cave, the combination of towering chambers and winding passageways created an incredible atmosphere. The active water flow has formed some amazing dripstone formations over thousands of years, including the breathtaking area known as Frozen Niagara. The layered formations and shimmering rock surfaces almost looked unreal under the cave lighting.

Today we toured Four Roses Distillery and had a chance to really play around with the low-light video capabilities of the Sony camera. It was impressive how well the camera handled the available lighting, requiring very little editing afterward to produce clean, detailed footage. The distillery tour itself was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of caramel and warm grains filled the air and instantly set the mood for the experience. Watching the process step by step as simple ingredients transformed into bourbon was fascinating and gave a whole new appreciation for the craftsmanship involved. Our tour guide made the experience even better, blending great information with entertaining stories and humor throughout the tour. Between the atmosphere, the history, the smells, and the behind-the-scenes look at the bourbon-making process, it turned into a really memorable day.

Mothership Rally in Elkhart — where 161 Renegade RV coaches turn a single campground into an incredible sea of motorhomes. Seeing this many beautiful rigs gathered together really puts the size of the Renegade family into perspective. From above and at ground level, it’s an amazing sight and an even better community experience.

Bike ride around the Elkhart campground Saturday before the Renegade Mothership Rally. A lot of rigs have already started showing up early, and the campground is definitely beginning to fill in. Always fun walking and riding around, checking out all the beautiful setups, and seeing the variety of coaches everyone brings. Great weather, great scenery, and plenty of excitement are building before the rally officially begins.
