Retirement or just starting

First week of July 2025…starting a new chapter. Leaving high tech after 34. All the high-tech memories…

Working on the mobile subscriber network for GTE: spending all that time in Germany with the soldiers to deploy the network, and sharing great laughs with Jim Donovan.

Switching to public sector communications technology: Shiva and the LANRovers involved rooms packed with modems, chair races, cheese-filled yodels, DC power plants and 2x4's, testing fan outages, and countless long days. It was the beginning of work relationships that would endure for over 20 years across four companies.

Incredible friendships with numerous coworkers at Shiva, Sonus, Verivue, and Akamai.

Now, the next chapter travels throughout this beautiful country.
